[Using the Helpdesk] How to Check Your Ticket Status
After submitting a ticket, you can check its progress anytime — you don't need to wait for an email.
1. Go to https://helpdesk.mbhtetesditasset.tech
2. Click "View existing tickets."
3. Enter your Tracking ID and the email address you used.
4. You'll see the ticket's current status (New, In Progress, Resolved) and any replies from the ICT team.
5. To add information or respond, type in the reply box and submit — this keeps everything in one place.
Tip: Keep your Tracking ID until the ticket is marked Resolved. It's the fastest way back to your request.
